TDM Plan definition

TDM Plan means that certain draft report entitled “NASA Research Park and Bay View Transportation Demand Management Plan,” dated July 2002 (prepared by Xxxxxx/Xxxxxxx Consulting Associates), which is a portion of Appendix B to the NASA Xxxx Development Plan Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement.
TDM Plan is defined in Recital F.
TDM Plan shall have that meaning set forth in Recital M of this Agreement.

Examples of TDM Plan in a sentence

  • The TDM Plan is designed to ensure that a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of alternative mode use will be achieved and maintained.

  • The TDM Plan shall be implemented through one or more individual TDM plans.

  • Developer shall comply with all annual reporting obligations associated with the TDM Plan as outlined in SSFMC § 20.400.006.

  • Developer shall implement the TDM Plan approved by the City as described in Recital M to reduce the Project-related single occupancy vehicle (“SOV”) trips and to encourage the use of public transit and alternate modes of transportation.

Related to TDM Plan

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • Merit system plan means those regulations adopted by the Board in the development and operation

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.

  • Plan means any employee pension benefit plan (other than a Multiemployer Plan) subject to the provisions of Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code or Section 302 of ERISA, and in respect of which the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is (or, if such plan were terminated, would under Section 4069 of ERISA be deemed to be) an "employer" as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
