TDPs definition

TDPs means “Trust Distribution Procedures” and has the meaning provided in the Plan.
TDPs means the Texas Department of Public Safety. “Failure to Appear Program” or “FTA Program” refers to the implementation efforts of all parties, including those system components provided by the TDPS, local political subdivisions and the Vendor, including the FTA System.

TDPs means “Trust Distribution Procedures” and has the meaning provided in the Fifth Amended Plan of Reorganization and any Trust Distribution Procedure for a prior plan of reorganization in these Chapter 11 Cases.
TDPs means the “Trust Distribution Procedures” and shall have the meaning provided in the Fourth Amended Plan.
TDPs or “Teacher Development Programs” means the programs offered to improve the pedagogical skills of teachers in subject matters of English, mathematics, science, and skills education.
TDPs means the Trust Distribution Procedures for Channeled AFFF Claims, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, that will govern the Channeled AFFF Claims submission, adjudication, and distribution processes in a manner that is fair and equitable to holders of Allowed AFFF Claims against KFI. The Plan and the Confirmation Order shall provide that the allowance of AFFF Claims under the TDPs shall not determine, and shall not be used to determine, in any respect the liability of a Released Party for any Independent AFFF Cause of Action, which liability shall be determined through litigation and/or settlement in the tort system separate and apart from the TDPs in all respects. The TDPs shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Committee. To the extent that any provision of the TDPs impacts the rights of the Debtor or Carrier, such provision shall be reasonably acceptable to the Debtor or Carrier, as applicable.
TDPs means the three technology demonstration payloads (TDP 1, TDP 5 and TDP 6) to be provided by the Agency, or singularly anyone of them.

  • TDP means “TDP” as that term is defined in the Second Amended Joint Plan or as that term is defined in any Plan confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM This “Status Verification System” requirement, also referred to as “E-Verify”, only applies to contracts issued through a Request for Proposal process and to sole sources that are included within a Request for Proposal.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Leak-detection system means a system capable of detecting the failure of either the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste or accumulated liquid in the secondary containment structure. Such a system must employ operational controls (e.g., daily visual inspections for releases into the secondary containment system of aboveground tanks) or consist of an interstitial monitoring device designed to detect continuously and automatically the failure of the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste into the secondary containment structure.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Verification system means the system maintained by the department under section 19-24.1-31 for verification of registry identification cards.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or “LFIP”) shall mean the interconnection procedures applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that are included in Attachment X of the ISO OATT. Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) shall mean this Agreement, which is the form of interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility, that is included in Appendix 4 to Attachment X of the ISO OATT. System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • User Interface(s means any technologies thatiii. Customer owns and/or for which Customer has secured an appropriate license/subscription and is/areiv. used to develop/manage user interaction features and characteristics for ERP. Solely for clarity regarding ERP licensing requirements under a contract, User Interfaces for ERP shall be deemed part of ERP and therefore require human users Using ERP via such User Interfaces to have a “Named User” and/or “User” license for ERP, as applicable.

  • User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Deployment means a period of time extending from six (6) months before a member of the uniformed services' departure from their home station on military orders through six (6) months after return to his or her home station.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
