Technology Fees definition

Technology Fees means fees charged by a participating school, private school, or provider for the use of technology or technological devices.
Technology Fees means the fees to be paid by WDC to IBM to obtain a license to use IBM Technology and IBM Technical Information in accordance with the license terms described in Section 6.0.
Technology Fees means all amounts owed by any Franchisee in connection with technology-related services provided by Domino’s to such Franchisee.

Technology Fees. A mandatory technology fee will be charged for the use of Xxxxxx High School equipment and network. This fee includes, but is not limited to; annual tablet rental cost, network upkeep, use of laptops for high stakes testing, and digital textbooks the Student will be required to utilize during the academic year. Families who meet the qualifications for the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch program will automatically qualify for significantly reduced technology fees. If you have not yet completed the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch program application, please contact the business office immediately to prevent delays in receiving a device. The annual cost to rent a Xxxxxx High School Tablet is $100. Students enrolled in the Free/Reduced lunch program receive discounts: $70 for reduced lunch students; $45 for free lunch students. All fees will be posted to your student’s PowerSchool account and can be paid all at once or in installments that work best for you. Ownership: Xxxxxx High School retains sole right of possession of the Xxxxxx Tablet Computer and grants permission to the Student to use the Tablet Computer according to the guidelines set forth in this document. Moreover, Xxxxxx High School administrative staff retains the right to collect and/or inspect the Tablet Computer at any time, including via electronic remote access, and to alter, add or delete installed software or hardware. The use of a Tablet Computer is a privilege which may be rescinded at any time.
Technology Fees means any fees payable by Third-Party Vendors pursuant to Third-Party Vendor Agreements to be used by any “franchisor” for technology expenditures in accordance with the terms of the Franchise Arrangements.
Technology Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(c).

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Technology means any and all technical information, specifications, drawings, records, documentation, works of authorship or other creative works, ideas, algorithms, models, databases, ciphers/keys, systems architecture, network protocols, research, development, and manufacturing information, software (including object code and source code), application programming interfaces (APIs), innovations, mask works, logic designs, circuit designs, technical data, processes and methods.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
