Third Party Documents definition

Third Party Documents means the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and with respect to a Third Party Financier, all other documents executed in connection with the financing or guaranty or credit enhancement provided by such Third Party Financier (other than the Transaction Documents).

More Definitions of Third Party Documents

Third Party Documents means the credit agreement and all other loan documents, security documents, guarantees, instruments and agreements governing or evidencing, or executed or delivered in connection with a Commercial Bank Credit Facility or Non-Recourse Mortgage Debt, as such documents, instruments and agreements may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced from time to time.
Third Party Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the School Management --------------------- Agreement and the Senior Loan Documents.
