Third Party Payment Right means, with respect to a Jump Contract, all rights to payment and amounts receivable relating to the exercise of the applicable Jump Contract Feature, where a third party is obligated to pay off at least the full outstanding Principal Balance of the Receivable relating to the Jump Contract.
