Third Phase definition

Third Phase means the third phase of the Basic Exploration Stage described in Article 2.1(a) of this Agreement.

Third Phase means, with respect to a particular jurisdiction, the period from the end of the Second Phase to the end of the Term.

Remaining 50% Dust Bin/Dhalao shall be removed by the concessionaire with in the time period, as decided by the MCD.
