Third Renewal Term definition

Third Renewal Term shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 14.2(a) of the Facility Lease.
Third Renewal Term. The Five (5) year period starting on the Third Renewal Term Commencement Date, and ending on December 31, 2025

More Definitions of Third Renewal Term

Third Renewal Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.1(i) of this Lease. “Threshold Amount” shall mean Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), provided that such amount shall be increased on every January 1 after the Closing Date in the same proportion (if any) as the CPI increases over such annual period.
