Third Renewal Term definition

Third Renewal Term shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 14.2(a) of the Facility Lease.

Third Renewal Term. The Five (5) year period starting on the Third Renewal Term Commencement Date, and ending on December 31, 2025

Third Renewal Term. The period described as such for a particular Facility as specified in Exhibit B hereto.

Company will endeavor to provide Customer with notification of the Agreement’s expiration six months prior to the expiration date and notification of Customer’s Circuit Term expirations 3 months prior to the expiration, provided, however, that Company’s failure to so notify shall not be considered a breach of the Agreement.
