Tier 2 Services definition

Tier 2 Services are those Services listed on Schedules 12 - 22, together with such Additional Services as the parties may agree pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof and designate as Tier 2 Services.
Tier 2 Services means backend support services for Paid Search Services, Contextual Advertising Services and Additional Services, including Editorial policy development and enforcement, technical support, click fraud detection and investigations, Core Platform API tool set up, Core Platform API tool management, Core Platform API tool troubleshooting, custom data feed development and platform management impacting Premium Direct Advertisers. Tier 2 Services do not include Tier 1 Services.
Tier 2 Services means new IT-related projects exceeding forty (40) man-days, including systems development and major enhancements, described in Schedule B and any Statement of Work.

  • Medically Necessary Services means those covered services that are, under the terms and conditions of the contract, determined through contractor utilization management to be:

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

Regardless of these dif- ferences, an applicant or licensee must meet the requirement in Section III.B of this ap- pendix to reference Tier 2 when referencing Tier 1. Tier 2 information includes:

  • Qualifying services means the provision of any service to the State or to any other public body, except for public work as defined in section 2 of P.L.1963, c.150 (C. 34:11-56.26).

  • Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information. "Enhanced 911" or "E911" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.

  • Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional
