Tier 2 Executive definition

Tier 2 Executive means an Eligible Individual identified as a “Tier 2 Executive” in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto.

Tier 2 Executive means an employee who is appointed as an officer of the Company by the President of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Bylaws and such other employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries who is designated as a Tier 2 Executive by the Board or the Committee.

Tier 2 Executive means those officers of the Company or any of its subsidiaries who are designated as such by the Board or the Committee.

Examples of Tier 2 Executive in a sentence

• During the Period of Employment, Employee shall be entitled to annual incentive compensation as a Tier 2 Executive of Employer pursuant to the terms of the Management Incentive Plan, which has been approved by the Board of Directors of Employer to cover Employee and other key personnel of Employer, as well as other incentive plans that may be established by Employer and that are applicable to Employer’s executives of similar salary tier to Employee.

• In order to receive a Tier 2 Executive Order, a hybrid conversion system must meet the exhaust emission performance criteria of Sections 3(a)(1)(A) and (B) of these procedures and demonstrate no increase in evaporative emissions pursuant to Sections 4(a)(2) and (3) of these procedures.

• All of the Tier 2 Executive Director / Board Level Director posts will be advertised internally within NHS Wales.

• The following principles will be applied to the new Tier 1, Chief Executive and Tier 2, Executive Director/Board Level Director posts, during the recruitment and selection process.

More Definitions of Tier 2 Executive

Tier 2 Executive means a Participant who has been designated as a Tier 2 Executive as specified in the Participant’s Participation

Tier 2 Executive means an Eligible Individual identified in writing as a “Tier 2 Executive” by the Compensation Committee of the Board.
