Tier 2 Issuer definition

Tier 2 Issuer means a Tier 2 Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange; and
Tier 2 Issuer means a corporation whose shares are listed on Tier 1 of the TSX Venture;
Tier 2 Issuer has the same meaning ascribed thereto under the Exchange Policies.

More Definitions of Tier 2 Issuer

Tier 2 Issuer has that meaning set out in Policy 1.1 of the Exchange. In this Plan, words imparting the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa and words imparting the masculine shall include the feminine. This Plan and all matters to which reference is made herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

  • L/C Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.
