TIF Incentive definition

TIF Incentive means the incentive as set forth in Section III of this Agreement including specifically the Tax Incentive Cap.
TIF Incentive means any incentive awarded by the Corporation under the Act and these Rules.

Examples of TIF Incentive in a sentence

  • The City shall not be obligated to pay TIF Incentive in excess of the lesser of the total amount of Qualified Expenses incurred and paid by Developer.

  • The TIF Incentive in any year shall not exceed seventy percent (70%) of the Available Tax Increment for the Property.

  • The City’s obligation to make TIF Incentive payments shall be a special and limited obligation only and shall not be considered a general obligation of the City, and neither the full faith and credit nor the taxing powers of the City are pledged to the payment of such amounts.

  • Equity Incentive Plan means an incentive plan, or portion of an incentive plan, under which awards are granted and that falls within the scope of IFRS 2 Share-based Payment;

  • Incentive Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.

  • Bid incentive means an amount deducted, for bid evaluation purposes only, from the contract base bid in order to calculate the bid price to be used to evaluate the bid on a competitively bid contract.

  • STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.
