Time and Materials Service definition

Time and Materials Service means any maintenance or support service that Dell provides but is not part of fixed-fee Support Services or other generally available service-related offering using a pre-established fee. Dell charges separately for Time and Materials Services on a time and materials basis and may include a separate set of Time and Materials terms and conditions.

Examples of Time and Materials Service in a sentence

  • Supplier will charge and invoice for Time and Materials Service in accordance with terms governing each Time and Materials Service engagement.

  • Supplier reserves the right to charge for Support Services performed outside the time frames of the applicable Support Option as a Time and Materials Service.

  • Dell will charge and invoice for Time and Materials Service in accordance with terms governing each Time and Materials Service engagement.

  • If Customer decides to sell, assign or otherwise transfer the use and/or ownership of Equipment to a Secondary Purchaser (meaning a bona fide end user that (i) is not considered, in EMC’s reasonable discretion, to be a competitor of EMC; and/or (ii) has not had prior disputes with EMC), to the extent EMC resources reasonably permit, EMC shall make available to Customer, as a Time and Materials Service, de-installation services.

  • To determine if the Product remains eligible for Support Services, Supplier reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the changes in configuration or location of affected Equipment, and to re-certify the Equipment at Supplier’s then current Time and Materials Service terms and rates.

  • Estimated time and costs for Time and Materials Service Fees listed in this Work Order represent an estimate only, and actual Project time and cost may vary from the estimates provided.

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Police Service means the South African Police Service established by section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks.
