TIMERx PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY means Penwest's rights under the Penwest Patents and any and all other patents, patent applications, and other technology and know-how belonging to Penwest from time to time during the term of this Agreement that directly relate to, and are necessary for the production of, Formulated TIMERx for use in the Designated Product.
