TMDL implementation plan definition

TMDL implementation plan means a list of specific and identifiable steps and actions a permittee intends to undertake and complete to meet a TMDL wasteload allocation.

  • To the extent it possesses rights outside of this Settlement, no Party waives any right to contest: a Klamath River TMDL; specific TMDL load allocation; or decision on a PacifiCorp TMDL implementation plan if the decision is materially inconsistent with this Settlement.

  • If a TMDL implementation plan for PacifiCorp as finally approved requires measures that have not been agreed to by PacifiCorp and that are materially inconsistent with the Interim Measures, PacifiCorp may initiate termination pursuant to Section 8.11.1.E.

  • Coordinating the development and implementation of a CLP control strategy for Medicine Lake, as per the approved Medicine Lake TMDL implementation plan.

  • Depending on the geographic scale of the TMDL and other factors, ODA will either adapt the Area Plans or Area Rules to act as the TMDL implementation plan or develop separate TMDL implementation plans.
