Examples of Tournament Official in a sentence

  • If a Player picks an Agent by mistake during this phase, the Player must notify a Tournament Official of their intended selection before the Agent Select timer expires.

  • In the case the Player notifies a Tournament Official after the timer has expired, the Agent Select process will not be restarted and the Player will be required to play through.

  • In the event of an error in Match start or a decision by Tournament Officials to separate the pick/ban process from Match start, a Tournament Official may start the Match in a controlled manner and all maps will be selected in accordance with the previous valid completed pick/ban process.

  • Neither a Team nor a Team Member will have any claim or cause of action based on an assertion that Proxima, the Tournament Organizer or any Tournament Official has unreasonably withheld or delayed any consent, approval, determination or other requested action under these General Rules, any Competition-Specific Rules or the Registration Requirements.

  • If a Player or Coach believes a bug or exploit has occurred, the Player or Coach shall immediately flag a Tournament Official and request the review.

Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code. The college president shall designate the college or center official to be responsible for the administration of the Student Conduct Code.

  • Selection Official means the DOE official designated to select Applications for negotiation toward Award under a subject Funding Opportunity Announcement.

  • Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.

  • Election official means any election officer, election judge, or poll worker.

  • Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.

  • Procurement Office means Metrolinx Procurement Services office located at 277 Front Street West, 4th Floor, Mail Room, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 2X4.

  • Designated Official The agent authorized to act for the Agency.

  • Employment office means a free public employment office, or branch thereof, operated by this state or maintained as a part of a state-controlled system of public employment offices.

  • Law enforcement official has the same meaning as the term "law enforcement official" at 45 C.F.R. § 164.103.
