Trailblazer sign means a sign with an arrow and site name/logo information which provides directional information for any necessary turns from the furthest extent of the signing to the qualified entity’s loca- tion. Legal, off-premises, directional out- door advertising may be substituted for trail- blazer signs if erected prior to the installation of a Logo or TODS sign.
