Transferred Causes of Action means any and all Avoidance Actions acquired pursuant to the Sale Transaction Documentation, if at all.

More Definitions of Transferred Causes of Action

Transferred Causes of Action means any and all non-Insider claims arising under chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code not otherwise released pursuant to the Plan to be transferred to Murray pursuant to the Sale Transaction Documentation.
