Transitioned Personnel definition

Transitioned Personnel means, collectively, Transitioned Employees and Transitioned Contractors.
Transitioned Personnel means the Transitioned Employees as of the applicable Commencement Date and the individuals engaged full-time at AT&T Facilities in the United States under Third Party Contracts assigned by AT&T to Amdocs on the applicable Commencement Date, limited in each case to the specific individuals originally constituting the Transitioned Personnel.
Transitioned Personnel means the Personnel of Sears and its Affiliates who are eligible to be interviewed for employment by CSC (or its delegates) pursuant to an Exhibit. Upon being employed by CSC, such Transitioned Personnel shall be deemed to be CSC Personnel as defined in this Agreement.

  • AT&T Transition Manager has overall AT&T responsibility for activities associated with the transition of the Transitioned Personnel and Subcontractors to Amdocs.

More Definitions of Transitioned Personnel

Transitioned Personnel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Transitioned Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 11.
Transitioned Personnel means those persons listed at Appendix 17-C who are employed or engaged by Customer or any member of the Customer Group (including contractors engaged directly or indirectly through a company) as at the date of this Agreement in the performance of the services which will be replaced by the Services but who the parties agree are not considered subject to an automatic transfer of employment under the Transfer Regulations. Other capitalised terms used in this Schedule are defined in the context in which they are used and shall have the meanings there indicated. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Schedule shall have the meanings set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
Transitioned Personnel means the Personnel identified on the initial list of Incumbent Supplier and others subsequently identified or their Affiliates who become Supplier’s Personnel pursuant to Section 4.

Related to Transitioned Personnel

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Designated Service Provider means a healthcare provider or group of providers selected by Bonitas as the preferred provider or providers to provide any of its members the diagnosis, treatment and care in respect of one or more prescribed minimum benefit conditions;

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Support Personnel means employees of a Reviewing Party’s Outside Firm and third-party contractors and employees of third-party contractors who are assisting in this proceeding, provided such persons are involved solely in performing clerical or ministerial functions with regard to documents and information connected with this proceeding, including performing one or more aspects of organizing, filing, coding, converting, storing, or retrieving documents or data or designing programs for handling data connected with this proceeding.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
