Tree Permit definition

Tree Permit means the formal written approval from the Director to Destroy or Injure Trees, with or without conditions.

Tree Permit means the permit granted by the Town to remove or top a tree(s).

Tree Permit means a permit issued by the Director of Planning in accordance with this By- law;
