TxDOT Data definition

TxDOT Data means TxDOT information, data, records, and information to which the Contractor has access, has possession, or is otherwise provided to the Contractor by TxDOT, whether or not intended under or for the purposes of the agreement, including, without limitation, data generated or collected under this agreement, intellectual property created as a work for hire under this agreement, and Personal Identifying Information (as defined below).

Examples of TxDOT Data in a sentence

  • All metadata associated with the TxDOT Data transferred must remain attached to that data.

  • At the completion of a deliverable, Engineer shall transfer all TxDOT Data generated and stored for that deliverable to State in a manner and format acceptable to State and approved by the TxDOT Information Technology Division (“ITD”).

  • Engineer shall maintain the appropriate level of data security throughout the transfer of the TxDOT Data.

  • For Sensitive and Confidential TxDOT Data, Engineer shall encrypt the data while in-transit and while at-rest in accordance with the current versions of the Texas Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) Controls Catalog Standard SC-13, Cryptographic Protection and SC-08, Transmission Confidentiality and Integrity, and SC-28, Data at Rest Protection.

  • Engineer shall immediately report to State via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ any actual or suspected breach (See Section 7.D., Defined Terms) of TxDOT Data that Engineer is responsible for or otherwise becomes aware of.

  • For Sensitive, Confidential, and Regulated TxDOT Data, the Contractor shall ensure TxDOT Data is encrypted while in-transit and while at-rest in accordance with the TxDOT Controls Catalog Standard SC-13, Cryptographic Protection and SC-08, Transmission Confidentiality and Integrity security requirements.

  • At the completion of a deliverable, the Engineer shall transfer all TxDOT Data generated and stored for that deliverable to State in manner and format acceptable to the State and approved by IMD.

  • TxDOT Data is classified into the four categories that control applicability of security standards: Public, Sensitive, Confidential, and Regulated.

  • The Vendor, its employees or subcontractors shall not divulge any TxDOT Data to a third party at any time without the prior written approval of TxDOT.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.
