Buyer shall credit (or cause to be credited) the Continuing Employees and the UK Continuing Employees with years of continuous or credited service with Seller and its subsidiaries for purposes of eligibility and vesting under Buyer's employee benefit plans.

UK Buyer means the Buyer entity created by Buyer Parent in accordance with Section 5.12 to acquire the Acquired Assets of the U.K. Business.

UK Buyer means Nant Health UK Limited, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in England & Wales.

UK Buyer means AIP/Fasteners (UK) Ltd., which is a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of the Buyer’s sole member.
