UK Link Manual definition

UK Link Manual means the document so entitled and issued by the Transporters, as from time to time revised in accordance with paragraph 8.
UK Link Manual has the meaning given to it in the Uniform Network Code;
UK Link Manual means the document of that title identified pursuant to the Code DSC Provisions, as such document may be amended from time to time in accordance with the DSC; UK Link User Equipment means the equipment and associated software provided to the Customer by the CDSP in connection with the UK Link User Services from time to time;

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • UK Listing Authority means the Financial Services Authority in its capacity as competent authority under the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000.
