UK Link Manual definition

UK Link Manual means the document so entitled and issued by the Transporters, as from time to time revised in accordance with paragraph 8.
UK Link Manual has the meaning given to it in the Uniform Network Code;
UK Link Manual means the document of that title identified pursuant to the Code DSC Provisions, as such document may be amended from time to time in accordance with the DSC; UNC Party means a "Party" to and as defined in the Uniform Network Code other than a "Trader User" as defined therein; Uniform Network Code and UNC mean the uniform network code prepared pursuant to Standard Special Condition A11(6) of the Gas Transporter's Licence, as from time to time modified, and as made contractually binding (as incorporated into a Transporter’s individual network code) by the relevant framework agreement; Use means to use, copy, store, modify, adapt, translate, make available, exploit and otherwise deal with; Withdrawal Date means the date on which a Customer becomes a Withdrawing Party; Withdrawal Requirements has the meaning given to it in Clause 17.4; and Withdrawing Party means a Customer that ceases to be a Party or (as the context requires) intends to cease to be a Party.

  • The provisions of the UK Link Manual as to the giving of Code Communications are without prejudice to the provisions of the Emergency Procedures and such other requirements as the Transporter may specify for communicating in a Gas Supply Emergency.

  • For the purposes of facilitating compliance with the Code, the Shipper Licence and the Transporter's Licence, the Registered User and the Transporter shall (and a Proposing User which is a Registered User may) in accordance with paragraph 4.1 each provide timely and accurate Meter Information to the CDSP in accordance with the requirements in the UK Link Manual.

  • Meter Readings are required to be provided to the Transporter by way of UK Link Communication by the means and in the form described in the UK Link Manual, and accompanied by the details specified in the UK Link Manual.

  • For the purposes of facilitating compliance with the Code, the Shipper Licence and the Transporter's Licence, the Registered User and the Transporter shall in accordance with paragraph 3.2 each provide timely and accurate Meter Information to the other in accordance with the requirements in the UK Link Manual.

  • Before first submitting a Nomination in respect of any System Point a User must comply with the requirements set out in the UK Link Manual for establishing (for the purposes of UK Link) the User as a user of the relevant System at that System Point.

  • This Document is an integral part of and is incorporated in the UK Link Manual.

  • Where the Code or the UK Link Manual specifies the form and/or format of UK Link Communication by which a particular Code Communication is required to be given, that Code Communication may be given only in that form and/or that format.

UK Link Manual has the meaning given to it in the Uniform Network Code; “UK Link Network” has the meaning given to it in the Uniform Network Code; and
