Union Insignia. (a) A Union member shall have the right to wear or display the recognized insignia of the Union. The Union agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one Union shop card, for each of the Employer's places of operation covered by this Agreement, to be displayed on the premises. Such card will remain the property of the Union and shall be surrendered upon demand.

Pursuant to Clause 2.8 of the Main Public Service Agreement, the union insignia may be displayed in a mutually agreeable, prominent position on all mobile equipment operated by members covered by this agreement, providing that the mobile equipment is operated primarily by members of this bargaining unit. The Union shall supply and, wherever necessary, replace such emblems of mutually agreeable size and type.
Union Insignia. 6.3.1 Employees are entitled to display Union shop cards and insignia no larger than 5" x 7" on their person, at their workstation, on College bulletin boards and at mutually agreeable locations on College buildings.
