Unvested Company Equity Awards definition

Unvested Company Equity Awards means the Unvested Company Options.
Unvested Company Equity Awards means any Company Equity Award (or portion thereof) that is not a Vested Company Equity Award.
Unvested Company Equity Awards means Unvested Company Options and Unvested Company RSU Awards. “Unvested Company Option” means each Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.

  • In exchange for such Rollover Bonus, the Employee hereby waives the acceleration of vesting with respect to the Unvested Company Equity Awards, and agrees to cancel such awards in full as of the Commencement Date, and the Employee hereby agrees that such awards shall have no further force and effect on and after the Commencement Date.

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company Options, Company PSUs and Company RSUs.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Restricted Share granted under one of the Company Stock Plans, as the case may be.

  • Company Equity Plan means the (a) Company’s Amended and Restated 2017 Equity Incentive Plan and (b) each other plan that provides for the award to any current or former director, manager, officer, employee, individual independent contractor or other service provider of any Group Company of rights of any kind to receive Equity Securities of any Group Company or benefits measured in whole or in part by reference to Equity Securities of any Group Company.

  • Equity Award means stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, restricted stock units, performance shares or any other form of award that is measured with reference to the Stock.

  • Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the 1996 Equity Incentive Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors and 1999 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Company RSU Award means any award of restricted stock units or performance stock units outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • Parent Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Company Stock Options means issued and outstanding options to acquire Company Common Stock which were granted under the Company Stock Option Plans.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Company PSUs means any performance-based restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.

  • Bonus Stock Award means an award of Bonus Stock under this Plan.

  • Unvested LTIP Units has the meaning provided in Section 4.4(d) hereof.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means the Company's 1999 Stock Option Plan.

  • Parent Equity Plans means all employee and director equity incentive plans of Parent and agreements for equity awards in respect of Parent Common Stock granted under the inducement grant exception.

  • Restricted Stock Plan means the RPM, Inc. 1997 Restricted Stock Plan and any successor plan or arrangement thereto.

  • Company PSU means a restricted stock unit issued by the Company pursuant to a Company Equity Plan that vests in whole or in part upon the achievement of one or more performance goals (notwithstanding that the vesting of such restricted stock unit may also be conditioned upon the continued services of the holder thereof), pursuant to which the holder has a right to receive Shares after the vesting or lapse of restrictions applicable to such unit. “Company PSU” shall not include Company RSUs.

  • Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
