Upscale Hotel definition

Upscale Hotel means any hotel or other lodging facility that is a full service hotel or facility of a type that is treated or classified as an "upscale hotel" or as part of the "upscale segment" of the lodging industry by Smitx Xxxvel Research or, if such a classification is not available from Smitx Xxxvel Research, by a similar reputable hotel industry service; (ii) the term "Extended Stay Hotel" shall mean any hotel or other lodging facility that derives the majority of its business from guests who stay three consecutive nights or longer or that is of a type that is treated or classified as an "extended stay hotel" or as part of the "extended stay segment" of the lodging industry by Smitx Xxxvel Research or, if such a classification is not available from Smitx Xxxvel Research, by a
Upscale Hotel means any hotel or other lodging facility that is a full service hotel or facility of a type that is treated or classified as an "upscale hotel" or as part of the "upscale segment" of the lodging industry by Smitx Xxxvel Research or, if such a classification is not available from Smitx Xxxvel Research, by a similar reputable hotel industry service; (ii) the term "Extended Stay Hotel" shall mean any hotel or other lodging facility that derives the majority of its business from guests who stay three consecutive nights or longer or that is of a type that is treated or classified as an "extended stay hotel" or as part of the "extended stay segment" of the lodging industry by Smitx Xxxvel Research or, if such a classification is not available from Smitx Xxxvel Research, by a similar reputable hotel industry service and (iii) "Permitted Hotels" shall mean, collectively, (A) the hotel in Wichita, Kansas operated as of the date hereof as the Wichita Airport Hilton and (B) the hotel in Peoria, Illinois operated as of the date hereof as the Pere Marquette, (C) any upscale all-suites hotel located or to be located adjacent to the Sprint campus in Overland Park, Kansas, (D) the Holiday Inn in Topeka, Kansas, so long as managed under a management contract by
Upscale Hotel means a hotel having an Upscale Rating.

Related to Upscale Hotel

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Franchise Area means the area within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City, including any areas annexed by the City during the term of this Franchise.

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Motel means a development where members of the travelling public are lodged for brief periods of time, normally not exceeding seven (7) days, in rentable units, and where access to each of the rentable units is individually available from grade, either at grade or via stairways. A motel may include minor eating and drinking establishments and convenience retail stores, but shall not include a liquor store, an entertainment establishment, or an establishment where there is a dance floor. A motel shall not include a work camp.

  • Apartment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis- St. Paul- Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Mobile home park means a parcel of land, or two or more

  • Residential property means improved property that:-

  • Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.

  • Campsite means any place where bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established, or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.
