Upstream Operator definition

Upstream Operator means the operator of a transmission pipeline, a distribution network or another facility through which Gas is delivered to any Receipt Point.

AGN is required to interrupt supply at the direction of a relevant authority; orc. an interruption to shed demand for Gas because the total demand for Gas at the relevant time exceeds the total supply available; ord. an interruption to restore supply to a Customer. (98) ‘User’ means a person who has a current contract for a Network Service or where there has been an arbitration, has an entitlement to a Network Service. (99) ‘User DP’, in relation to an Agreement, means each DP identified as a User DP in or by reference to the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement.
