User Material definition

User Material means content, information, or material that you or other users originate and make available to others on or through the Site, but excluding: (i) content, information or material that belongs to SocialPass or our Suppliers; and (ii) personal information that you provide to us (such personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy). Any content, information, or material provided by Event Organizers in connection with or relating to their Events is User Material.

User Material means any content, material, information, data, instructions, media, article, review, post, communications, messages, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other material that a User may import, upload or otherwise provide to the TekDash Platform or other Service in connection with a User’s use of the Service but excludes Content.

User Material has the meaning given to it in clause 8.1.

Examples of User Material in a sentence

• You may have the option to create, post, stream or transmit content such as pictures, photographs, game related materials, or other information ("User Material") through PSN to share with others on PSN or select Third Party Services, provided no rights of others are violated.

• By creating, posting, streaming, or transmitting any User Material, you represent and warrant that you have the appropriate rights to use, create, post, distribute, and transmit User Material and to grant the foregoing license.

• We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor User Material and to restrict or remove User Material that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate or for any other business reason.

More Definitions of User Material

User Material means data or material uploaded by the User to the Services or otherwise communicated to or made available to Privaon on behalf of the User for the provision of the Services or other material which is separately defined as the User Material by the Parties;

User Material means the material sent, posted, uploaded, stored, published and/or made available on the Application by Members, including without limitation, information, text, graphics, images, music, sound recordings, video recordings, photographs, artwork, and other forms of material on the Application.

If you provide us with any feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas or information (including in your User Material) regarding the website or our service ("Feedback"), you agree and acknowledge that you assign all rights in the Feedback to us and that we have the right to use any such Feedback in any way we see fit. Any Feedback you provide to us as will be regarded as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not provide to us any Feedback that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
