New Connections. If there is not an existing connection, subject to adequate supply being available at the Supply Address and the gas installation at the Supply Address complying with regulatory requirements, We or the Network Operator shall use Our best endeavours to make supply available at a new Supply Address on the date agreed with You or, where no date is agreed with You, We shall arrange for the Network Operator to connect the new Supply Address within 20 Business Days from the date of the application. We will only be obliged to connect You and supply gas to You if:
(a) You make an application (in person, by telephone or in writing) and provide Acceptable Identification as required by Us;
(b) where required by Us, You ensure that the notices of installation or completion of gas installation work from a gas installer are provided to Us;
(c) where required by Us, You satisfy Us that necessary, safe, convenient and unhindered access to the Supply Address, the Meter Equipment and the gas installation is available;
(d) where the request is made for a rental property, You provide contact details for the property owner or the owner’s agents, if required by Us;
(e) where required by Us, You have provided Us with estimated gas load information for Your proposed use at the Supply Address;
(f) You have agreed to pay Us all relevant Fees and charges including any applicable connection costs;
(g) You have provided contact details for billing purposes;
(h) if permitted and where required by Us, You have provided a Security Deposit in accordance with clause 12; and
(i) You do not have an outstanding debt in relation to the gas supplied by Us to You other than a debt the subject of a dispute, or for which repayment arrangements have been made. We will forward Your application to the Network Operator for the purpose of arranging for the connection of Your Supply Address that same day, if the application is received before 3pm on a Business Day, or the next Business Day, if the application is received after 3pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday in Western Australia.
New Connections. New connections to the city's sanitary sewer system will be allowed only if there is available capacity in all of the downstream wastewater collection and treatment facilities. (Code 1982, § 13.24; Ord. No. 1096, § 1, 3-27-2007)

New Connections. 1. Where HTSO receives an application to provide a new connection, Owner shall assist HTSO to deal with such application in a prompt and non-discriminatory way. Owner shall, in response to requests from HTSO, provide information, data and such other technical and financial information as may be required to determine the connection charges and other terms on which the new connection and associated works can be provided.
2. Where HTSO so requests, Owner shall, subject to the terms of this Agreement, have an unqualified obligation to provide all necessary assistance to HTSO and shall undertake:
(a) the procurement and commissioning of the new connection in accordance with the requirements of HTSO; and
(b) responsibility for the physical operation and maintenance of the connection assets as part of the Designated Assets .
3. In all cases where Owner receives any information in respect of an application for a new connection, Owner shall ensure that all such information is treated confidentially, and shall ensure that no information regarding the proposed new connection is provided to other parts of PPC. HTSO may carry out and Owner shall co-operate with an audit of the handling of such connection information to ensure that it has been handled in accordance with this Agreement.
New Connections. 3.1.1 The DSO shall offer contractual terms to and enter into contractual agreements or arrangements with any and all persons wishing to enter into a Connection Agreement or a DUOS Agreement.
3.1.2 In offering terms to and in entering into a Connection Agreement with any Applicant to connect to the Distribution System, the DSO shall include as a term of
(a) the offer to connect to the Distribution System;
(b) the Connection Agreement a requirement that the Applicant or the counterparty to the Connection Agreement (as the case may be) give and maintain, on its own behalf and on behalf of its officers, employees, agents, contractors and undertakers, throughout the term of the Connection Agreement and surviving its termination, an undertaking (“Interface Undertaking”) in favour of the DSO, enforceable as a contract by the DSO, containing terms that protect the legitimate interests of the Board as owner of the Distribution System, including its interest in limiting its liability to persons connecting to and using the Distribution System. Interface Undertakings shall be in terms agreed between the Parties incorporating at least the principles set out in Schedule 2
3.1.3 The Board shall presume that every counterparty to a Connection Agreement entered into by the DSO shall have entered into an Interface Undertaking.
3.1.4 In the event that the Board reasonably considers that the Customer is in breach of any of the terms of an Interface Undertaking, the Board shall notify the DSO accordingly in writing and giving details of the alleged breach. The DSO shall promptly notify the Customer to this effect and require that the Customer within five (5) Business Days respond in writing addressing in detail the matters identified by the Board in its notification to the DSO.
3.1.5 The DSO shall, at the request and cost of the Board, and in close consultation with the Board, take all steps reasonably requested by the Board to enforce the terms of Interface Undertakings.
