Validation Phase definition

Validation Phase is the first phase of the Project where the Owner and Risk/Reward Team members document the Base Program and establish the Target Cost and the Added Value Incentive Items.

Examples of Validation Phase in a sentence

  • Those subconsultants, subcontractors, Vendors, and suppliers that were not procured during the Validation Phase will be procured sometime during the Design/Preconstruction Phase or, in some cases, early during the Construction Phase.
