Viewer Data definition

Viewer Data means the electronic data concerning the characteristics and activities of Viewers (including personal information of such Viewers) collected and analyzed by the Services relating to such Viewers use or viewing of the Licensee Content.
Viewer Data means all information, metrics and data regarding, detailing or summarizing the viewership of a Program, including episodic information for episodic Programs, including without limitation the accounting of views, unique views, visits, streaming or viewing durations information, page views, traffic sourcing, episodes watched, bounce rates and exit data and rates (as such concepts are applied to VOD and streaming), and device usage; and viewership demographic information (anonymized and/or aggregated as required by applicable law, including Data Protection Laws), in such detail as is legally collected or compiled in accordance with applicable law and applicable terms of service; all as such data comprises, pertains to or is derived from Program viewership on a channel, platform or media and which Distributor (including any Affiliate) comes to possess or to which Distributor has, or reasonably could have, access to via Distributor’s licensee(s).
Viewer Data in this case means the electronic data concerning the characteristics and activities of Viewers (including personal information of such Viewers) collected and analyzed by the Services relating to such Viewers use or viewing of the Customer Content.

Examples of Viewer Data in a sentence

  • The Services contains software to track, capture and aggregate Viewer Data (the “Analytics Code”).

  • Vidyard may monitor you and your Viewers’ use of the Services and the Vidyard Platform and compile Viewer Data with other data in an aggregate and anonymous manner to derive statistical and performance information (“Statistical Information”).

  • As between PBS and Twin, PBS shall own all right, title and interest in and to any and all data collected by Twin regarding viewers of the Interactive Game Applications (including without limitation any personally identifiable, sensitive data related to or about such viewer) (the "Viewer Data"), and Twin hereby irrevocably assigns and transfers to PBS any and all of its right, title and interest, if any, in and to the Viewer Data.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
