Examples of Virtual Office in a sentence
This requirement does not permit an MLS to deny participation to a Participant or potential Participant that operates a Virtual Office Website (“VOW”) (including a VOW that the Participant uses to refer customers to other Participants) if the Participant or potential Participant actively endeavors to make or accept offers of cooperation and compensation.
This fee is set out in each Local Services Agreement and is charged on a per occupant basis for Serviced Office and Coworking (dedicated desk), on a per location basis for Virtual Office and on a per person basis for Membership.
A current maintenance fee schedule is posted on the Virtual Office.
Participant wishes to obtain and MLS wishes to provide MLS Listing Information, as defined in Section 1 of this Agreement, for use on Participant’s Virtual Office Website (Participant’s VOW).
References to “VOW” and “VOWs” include all Virtual Office Websites, whether operated by a Participant, by a non-principal broker or sales licensee, or by an “Affiliated VOW Partner” (AVP) on behalf of a Participant.
