Warrants Issue Date means the date on which the Warrants are initially issued.

Save as herein expressly defined, any words and expressions defined in the Companies Act shall bear the same meanings in these Conditions and references in these Conditions to any provision of any statute or ordinance or to any rule or regulation, statutory or otherwise, shall be deemed also to refer to any modification or re-enactment thereof. 2 EXERCISE AND TRANSFER OF WARRANTS2.1 Form and TitleThe Warrants are issued in registered form and title to the Warrants will be transferable in accordance with Condition 8. Except as required or provided by law, the Company may deem and treat (where a Warrant is registered in the name of a person other than CDP) the registered holder of the Warrant as the holder of all the rights and interests therein and (where the Warrant is registered in the name of CDP) the Depositor against whose name the Warrant is entered in the Depository Register as the holder of all rights and interests in the number of Warrants so entered notwithstanding any notice of ownership or writing on any Warrant Certificate or notice of any previous loss or theft of any Warrant Certificate or any irregularity or error in the Depository Register or records of CDP or any express notice to the Company or the Warrant Agent or any other related matters.2.2 Joint HoldersIf two (2) or more persons are entered in the Register or, as the case may be, the Depository Register, as joint holders of any Warrant, they shall be deemed to hold the same as joint tenants with benefit of survivorship subject to the following provisions:-

  • Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of any shares of the Preferred Stock regardless of the number of transfers of any particular shares of Preferred Stock and regardless of the number of certificates which may be issued to evidence such Preferred Stock.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.
