Each Bonus Warrants entitles the holders to convert to one ordinary shares of the Company at two distinct exercise periods: (a) at S$1.28 during the 6 month period commencing on the Bonus Warrants Issue Date (“First Exercise Period”); and (b) at S$2.28 during the 12 month period commencing on the second anniversary of the Bonus Warrants Issue Date (“Second Exercise Period”).
