Water Waste definition

Water Waste means the over application overapplication of water through inefficient landscape irrigation that causes runoff to leave the target landscape area onto adjacent property, non-irrigated landscapes, private and public walkways, roadways, parking lots, or structures. Water waste includes low head drainage, overspray, runoff, or other similar conditions that causes overland flow.
Water Waste means the use of CSWRD water in a manner described in Chapter 1.
Water Waste means, but not be limited to, allowing water provided by the KCWD to flow or spray off the parcel for which the water was provided.

Examples of Water Waste in a sentence

  • Tenant agrees to limit its discharges of waste into the sanitary sewer system to "Domestic Water Waste", as such term is defined by Florida law, as amended from time to time, or as the term may be defined by other laws, regulations, ordinances, permits or orders presently in effect of hereafter enacted, as such laws, regulations, ordinances, permits or orders may be amended from time to time.

  • An exemption on flow restrictor installations shall be made for water meters serving three or more multi-family dwelling units by substituting an excess water use charge of $150 times the number of dwelling units located on the meter during each month in which a violation of the Water Waste has been determined.


More Definitions of Water Waste

Water Waste means the use of District water in a manner described in Chapter 11.
Water Waste means the indiscriminate, unreasonable, or excessive running or dissipation of water. Water Waste shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
