Master Policy means this document, any supplementary contracts or endorsements therein, whenever executed, any amendments thereto agreed to and signed by Us, the application form provided by You, the Schemes Rules and the individual enrollment forms, if any, of the insured Members, which together constitute the entire contract between the parties.
CSR Policy means a statement containing the approach and direction given by the board of a company, taking into account the recommendations of its CSR Committee, and includes guiding principles for selection, implementation and monitoring of activities as well as formulation of the annual action plan;
R&W Policy means that certain representations and warranties insurance policy issued by the R&W Insurer to the Buyer.
Earthquake insurance, if the Leased Property is currently, or at any time in the future, located within a major earthquake disaster area, in amount, and in such form and substance and with such limits and deductibles as are satisfactory to Landlord; and
Blanket insurance policy means a group policy covering a defined class of

Mortgage Impairment Insurance Policy A mortgage impairment or blanket hazard insurance policy as described in Section 4.11.
Coverage or “Covering”) shall mean that the developing, making, using, offering for sale, promoting, selling or importing of a given compound, formulation or product would infringe a Valid Claim of an issued patent in the absence of a license under such Valid Claim. The determination of whether a compound, formulation or product is Covered by a particular Valid Claim shall be made on a country-by-country basis.
Flood or “Flooding” means a general and temporary condition of partial or complete inundation of normally dry land areas from:

Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).
Hazard means a source of or exposure to danger;
Life Insurance Policy has the meaning given in Section 6.11.
Insurance score means a number or rating that is derived from an algorithm, computer application, model, or other process that is based in whole or in part on credit information for the purposes of predicting the future insurance loss exposure of a consumer.
Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);
Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).
D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.
Lot coverage means the percentage of lot area covered by all buildings on the lot;
SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
Policy or This Policy means, “Nomination and Remuneration Policy.”
R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.
blanket hazard insurance policy covering the common facilities of a planned unit development. The hazard insurance policy is the valid and binding obligation of the insurer, is in full force and effect, and will be in full force and effect and inure to the benefit of the Purchaser upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Company has not engaged in, and has no knowledge of the Mortgagor's or any Subservicer's having engaged in, any act or omission which would impair the coverage of any such policy, the benefits of the endorsement provided for herein, or the validity and binding effect of either, including without limitation, no unlawful fee, unlawful commission, unlawful kickback or other unlawful compensation or value of any kind has been or will be received, retained or realized by any attorney, firm or other person or entity, and no such unlawful items have been received, retained or realized by the Company;
Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.
Vandalism means the willful and malicious acts of any person that result in the destruction, defacement, or damage of any property, real or personal, belonging to or entrusted to the Board of Education. Vandalism includes arson and acts of graffiti.
