Weekly Interest Period definition

Weekly Interest Period means, with respect to the Bonds bearing interest at a Weekly Rate, the period from and including the first day on which the Interest Rate Determination Method is changed to the Weekly Rate to and including the next Wednesday and, in each case, each succeeding period from and including each Thursday to and including the following Wednesday.
Weekly Interest Period means each period during which a particular Weekly Rate is in effect with respect to a Series of Bonds pursuant to Section 2.03(d)(1).
Weekly Interest Period means, while the Bonds are in the Weekly Rate Mode, each period from and including Wednesday of each week (and, if the first day of any Weekly Rate Period is not a Wednesday, the Weekly Rate Conversion Date on which such Weekly Rate Period commences) through and including the following Tuesday, whether or not such days are Business Days. In addition, and notwithstanding the foregoing, the initial Weekly Interest Period shall commence on the Closing Date and shall end on the next following Tuesday.

  • During any Weekly Rate Period, the Remarketing Agent will determine the Weekly Rate for the applicable Weekly Interest Period by 4:00 p.m., Local Time, on the applicable Computation Date.

  • Each Weekly Rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent by 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the commencement date of the Weekly Interest Period to which it relates.

  • The interest rate for each Weekly Interest Period shall be effective from and including the commencement date of such Weekly Interest Period and shall remain in effect through and including the last day thereof.

More Definitions of Weekly Interest Period

Weekly Interest Period means each period described in Section 2.03(d) during which the Series A of 2020 Bonds bear interest at a particular Weekly Rate.
Weekly Interest Period means each period described in Section 2.03(d) during which the 2023B Bonds bear interest at a particular Weekly Rate.
Weekly Interest Period means the period from and including the first day of the Weekly Rate Period through and including the following Tuesday, and after the first Weekly Interest Period of each Weekly Rate Period, from and including Wednesday of each week through and including the following Tuesday, whether or not such days are Business Days, provided, however, the initial Weekly Interest Period shall commence on the Closing Date and end on the next following Tuesday. The determination of the Weekly Rate by the Remarketing Agent shall be conclusive and binding. The Weekly Rate for each Weekly Interest Period determined by the Remarketing Agent shall be the lowest rate of interest which will, in the Remarketing Agent's sole judgment, having due regard for prevailing financial market conditions, permit the Bonds to be remarketed at a price of par, plus accrued interest, on the first day of the applicable Weekly Interest Period; provided that in no case shall the Weekly Rate be more than the Maximum Rate. If the Remarketing Agent fails to determine a Weekly Rate for any Weekly Interest Period, the Weekly Rate for such Weekly Interest Period shall be the rate from time to time established pursuant to the Indenture.
Weekly Interest Period means each period described in Section 2.3 hereof during which the 2022 Subordinate Bonds bear interest at a particular Weekly Rate.
Weekly Interest Period means, with respect to the Series 2014_ Bonds bearing interest at a Weekly Rate, the period from and including the first day on which the Interest Rate Determination Method is changed to the Weekly Rate to and including the next Wednesday and each succeeding period from and including each Thursday to and including the following Wednesday.
Weekly Interest Period means each period during which a particular Weekly Rate is in effect as set forth in this Appendix A.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Eurodollar Interest Period means, for any Eurodollar-based Advance, an Interest Period of one, two or three months (or any shorter or longer periods agreed to in advance by the Borrower, Agent and the Lenders) as selected by Borrower, for such Eurodollar-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 4.4 hereof, as the case may be.

  • LIBOR Interest Period means, as to any advance to which the LIBOR Option applies, the period of one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) months as selected by the Borrower in its notice of borrowing or notice of conversion, as the case may be, commencing on the date of disbursement of an advance (or the date of conversion of an advance to the LIBOR Option, as the case may be) and each successive period selected by the Borrower thereafter; provided that, (i) if a LIBOR Interest Period would end on a day which is not a Business Day, it shall end on the next succeeding Business Day unless such day falls in the next succeeding calendar month in which case the LIBOR Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (ii) the Borrower may not select a LIBOR Interest Period that would end on a day after the Expiration Date, and (iii) any LIBOR Interest Period that begins on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such LIBOR Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such LIBOR Interest Period.

  • Impacted Interest Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.

  • Default Interest Period means for any overdue amount of the Withdrawn Loan Balance, each Interest Period during which such overdue amount remains unpaid; provided, however, that the first such Default Interest Period shall commence on the 31st day following the date on which such amount becomes overdue, and the final such Default Interest Period shall end on the date at which such amount is fully paid.”

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • rest period is a paid interval which is included in the workday and is intended to give the employee an opportunity to have refreshments or a rest.

  • Initial Interest Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(i).

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • Interest Percentage With respect to any Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the ratio (expressed as a decimal carried to six places) of the Accrued Certificate Interest for such Class to the sum of the Accrued Certificate Interest for all Classes, in each case with respect to such Distribution Date, without regard to Relief Act Interest Shortfalls.

  • Class A Interest Percentage As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates, the percentage calculated by dividing the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) by the Class A Interest Accrual Amount (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition of Interest Accrual Amount).

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Daily Interest Rate means an amount calculated by dividing the interest rate payable to a Lender on a Loan (as set forth in subsection 2.2) as of each calendar day by three hundred sixty (360).
