The coverage period for purposes of the group health continuation requirements of Section 4980B of the Code shall commence at the expiration of the Welfare Benefit Continuation Period.
If the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of the Executive's Disability during the Effective Period, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive, other than for (i) payment of the Accrued Obligations (which shall be paid to the Executive in a lump sum in cash within thirty (30) days of the Date of Termination) and (ii) the timely payment or provision of the Welfare Benefit Continuation and Other Benefits.
