Welfare Program Documents definition

Welfare Program Documents means (i) all provisions of any summary plan description for the Plan that set forth terms and conditions of the Welfare Programs;(ii) any and all insurance policies and certificates of insurance and other documents that set forth the terms and conditions of an insured Welfare Program; and (iii) any and all benefits books or other formal documents provided by Third Party Administrators of any self-insured Welfare Programs. Any amendment to a Welfare Program Document will constitute automatically an amendment to the Plan.

  • The SVP, HR, Communications and Administrative Services of the Company (or, if there is no SVP, HR, Communications and Administrative Services of the Company, then the senior most human resources officer of the Company or, if such role is vacant, the equivalent position at Marathon Oil Corporation) also has the authority to amend and/or modify (but not to terminate) this Plan (including both this Wrap Document and the Welfare Program Documents).

  • All claims for benefits must be duly filed no later than the deadline for such Welfare Program set forth in the applicable Welfare Program Documents.

  • A Participant may continue coverage for benefits under the Plan, to the extent permitted by and as described in the applicable Welfare Program Documents.

Related to Welfare Program Documents

  • Program Documents or “Loan Documents” means the MMRB Loan Commitment, MMRB Loan Agreement, Note, Mortgage, Credit Enhancement, MMRB Land Use Restriction Agreement, trust indenture, preliminary and final official statements, intercreditor agreement, assignments, bond purchase agreement, compliance monitoring agreement, mortgage servicing agreement and such other ordinary and customary documents necessary to issue and secure repayment of the Bonds and the MMRB Loan sufficient to protect the interests of the Bond owners and the Corporation.

  • Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Ancillary Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Company Ancillary Agreements means, collectively, each certificate to be delivered on behalf of the Company by an officer or officers of the Company at the Closing pursuant to Article VII and each agreement or document (other than this Agreement) that the Company is to enter into as a party thereto pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Depositor’s Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 24, 2001 and the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 29, 2001.

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement; the Administration Agreement; Custodial Agreement; the Pricing Side Letter; the Electronic Tracking Agreement; the Collection Account Control Agreement; the Power of Attorney; each Servicing Agreement; each Servicer Notice; when entered into, the Subordination Agreement; and if entered into, the Escrow Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and the Joint Securities Account Control Agreement.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means any certificate, agreement, document or other instrument, other than this Agreement, to be executed and delivered by the Seller or any Affiliate of the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, but not limited to the Transaction Documents.

  • Term Documents shall have the meaning assigned that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Partnership Documents means (a) all Subject Instruments and (b) all other contracts, indentures, mortgages, deeds of trust, loan or credit agreements, bonds, notes, debentures, evidences of indebtedness, swap agreements, leases or other instruments or agreements to which the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries is a party or by which the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries is bound or to which any of the property or assets of the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries is subject that solely in the case of this clause (b), are material with respect to the Partnership and its subsidiaries taken as a whole.

  • Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.

  • Transfer Document means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, certificates and other instruments delivered or given pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.

  • Receivables Program means, with respect to any Person, an agreement or other arrangement or program providing for the advance of funds to such Person against the pledge, contribution, sale or other transfer of encumbrances of Receivables Program Assets of such Person or such Person and/or one or more of its Subsidiaries.

  • Transaction Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Ancillary Document has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.06(b).

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
