Work Authorization Form definition

Work Authorization Form means the form Symantec provides to Customer pursuant to which Customer authorizes and acknowledges the location, contact information, T&E, Readiness Service(s), and/or Service Day(s) for Incident Investigation(s).
Work Authorization Form. (WAF) means that document set forth in Exhibit H that defines the Work to be performed by the Contractor and which, when executed by Contractor and the Trust, authorizes Contractor to perform the Work described therein.
Work Authorization Form means the process and instrument used by the AOC to request and accept pricing and service proposals from the vendor as specified in Exhibit C, Work Authorization Process and Payment Provisions and Exhibit E, Work Authorization Form. Manner of Performance of Work Contractor shall provide, and shall act to ensure that its Subcontractors shall provide that all Work specified in these Contract documents is performed to the State's satisfaction, in compliance with the standards specified in Exhibit D, Work to be Performed, and in compliance with the Nondiscrimination/No Harassment Clause, as set forth in this Exhibit B. Standard of Professionalism Contractor shall conduct all Work consistent with professional standards for the industry and type of work being performed under the Agreement. Services Warranties Contractor warrants and represents that its employees and its Subcontractors employees assigned to perform Services under this Agreement have the appropriate required credentials in the specified area(s) of competence required by the regulations cited in Exhibit D, Work to be Performed; or, if no credentials are cited in Exhibit D, the skills, training, and background reasonably commensurate with his or her level of performance or responsibility so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the State, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the Services provided hereunder. Contractor warrants that the Services will be performed on time and according to the applicable schedule.

Examples of Work Authorization Form in a sentence

  • This Agreement, including all Contract Documents, constitutes the entire Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor, with respect to the Work specified in the relevant Work Authorization Form, and all previous representations relative thereto, either written or oral are hereby annulled and superseded.

  • After execution of this Agreement, the Engineer shall proceed with the work outlined under Article 2 hereof, only as authorized by the Owner through an agreed Work Authorization document in the form identified in EXHIBIT “E”- Work Authorization Form, attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.

  • Symantec will then provide Customer with a Work Authorization Form or “WAF” describing the service to be rendered, and Customer must sign and return the WAF to Symantec (“Incident Investigation Registration”).

  • Invoices shall contain appropriate supporting documentation as requested and set forth more fully elsewhere in the Contract Documents and relevant Work Authorization Form For Time and Equipment Work, each invoice shall include the actual verifiable quantity of labor and equipment expended in performing the Work, the actual verifiable quantity of materials or equipment supplied to the Project, and actual and verifiable costs for rented equipment and Subcontractors.

  • If determined that an authorized work assignment will exceed six (6) months to complete, this shall be documented on the Work Authorization Form.

  • The Engineer shall only perform Engineering Services once it has received a written work authorization for the Project from Owner in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “E” – Work Authorization Form (each a “Work Authorization”).

  • The Contractor or its subcontractors shall not commence work on the Services under a Work Authorization Form until the Work Authorization Form has been fully executed by both the Department and the Contractor.

  • When a work assignment will exceed six (6) months to complete, it is documented on the Work Authorization Form that itemized monthly invoices are allowed.


More Definitions of Work Authorization Form

Work Authorization Form means a document in the form of Exhibit 1 hereto identifying the Aircraft and/or Engine on which Services are to be performed, describing the Services and the man-hours or charges for performing the Services, and setting forth the scheduled Delivery and Redelivery Dates. The form when executed by KALITTA and CUSTOMER shall constitute, in each case, CUSTOMER's authorization for KALITTA to perform the Services on the Aircraft and/or Engine and KALITTA undertaking to do so, in accordance with this Agreement.
Work Authorization Form means a document in the form of Exhibit 1 hereto identifying the Aircraft and/or Engine on which Services are to be performed, describing the Services and the man hours or charges for performing the Services, and setting forth the scheduled Delivery and Redelivery Dates. The form when executed by KALITTA and CUSTOMER shall constitute, in each case, CUSTOMER's authorization for KALITTA to perform the Services on the Aircraft and/or Engine and KALITTA undertaking to do so, in accordance with this Agreement. 2 ENGAGEMENT Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CUSTOMER engages KALITTA to perform the Services and provide Parts in accordance with Kalitta Maintenance Repair Station procedures. 3

Related to Work Authorization Form

  • Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.

  • Work Authorization or "WA" means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Regulatory Agency necessary for the preclinical or clinical testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Letter of Authorization means a letter signed by an officer of the licensee on whose behalf the filing is submitted that designates filing authority to the filer.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.
