Work Authorization Form means the form Symantec provides to Customer pursuant to which Customer authorizes and acknowledges the location, contact information, T&E, Readiness Service(s), and/or Service Day(s) for Incident Investigation(s).

Work Authorization Form. (WAF) means that document set forth in Exhibit H that defines the Work to be performed by the Contractor and which, when executed by Contractor and the Trust, authorizes Contractor to perform the Work described therein.

Work Authorization Form means the process and instrument used by the AOC to request and accept pricing and service proposals from the vendor as specified in Exhibit C, Work Authorization Process and Payment Provisions and Exhibit E, Work Authorization Form. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the State, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the Services provided hereunder. Contractor warrants that the Services will be performed on time and according to the applicable schedule.

Examples of Work Authorization Form in a sentence

  • Parsons shall continue to perform engineering construction management and other services as required (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) in connection with Owner’s aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located at 890 East Street, Tewksbury, Massachusetts (the “Facilities”), as previously set forth and described in Exhibit 1, which is attached to Contract Work Authorization (Form 1) Release Number 1, which was executed by the parties November 11, 2004.

Related to Work Authorization Form

  • Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.

  • Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document).   • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Progress Report Form means UN Women’s standard form for progress reports attached to this Agreement.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
