Work context definition

Work context means the work activities through which the whistleblowers obtain information about a violation and in which they could be subject to retaliation if they report such information.
Work context. : means current, past or anticipated work activities, regardless of the nature of those activities, through which persons obtain information about violations and in the context of which those persons are likely to be retaliated against if they report them.
Work context means the work or professional activities, present or past, carried out in the framework of the reports referred to in Article 3, paragraphs 3 or 4, through which, regardless of the nature of those activities, a person acquires information on the infringements and in the context of which he or she could face retaliation in the event of a report or public disclosure or a complaint to the judicial or accounting authority. Lgs. n. 24/2023).
