Workforce Diversity Data definition

Workforce Diversity Data means data on the diversity of the Franchisee’s workforce including statistics showing: (a) the gender, race, disability, sexual orientation and working pattern breakdown for specified jobs, categories and levels; (b) religion and gender reassignment across the whole workforce; (c) the promotion of the Franchisee’s workforce that fall into the following groups: marriage and civil partnership; pregnancy and maternity; social mobility; and parental leave and caring responsibilities; and (d) such other data as the Secretary of State may notify the Franchisee in accordance with paragraph 9A1.6(b)(ii) of Schedule 13.1 (Rail Industry Initiatives);
