Working Pattern. The self-supporting ordained minister’s time spend on parochial duties will include time for leading worship, taking occasional offices (including preparation and follow up), meetings, reading, prayer and sermon preparation. Time spent within the parish must take account of special responsibilities and commitments outside the faith community, as well any at a Diocesan level. Working Pattern. The employees shall mutually agree the pattern of days to be worked and each Job-share partnership will be unique. In each case full details of agreed working arrangements must be set out in writing and agreed with the employing manager. A copy of each agreement shall be sent to the Staff and Management Side Secretaries of the Service Control Council for monitoring purposes. Individuals will be required to sign a revised Contract of Employment. Job-share partners may mutually agree to vary their working arrangements on a short-term basis. In this case notification of the change will be given to the employing manager. In each case the number of shifts worked and rest days should accord with the job-share agreement over a maximum of four weeks. Any long-term variation of the agreement should result in a new agreement that should be drawn up. Job-sharers shall be entitled to change over with other employees of the same grade but all change-overs shall be subject to the provisions of the Professional Service Control Agreement.

  • Faculty Workload The workload of faculty includes student advising, maintaining and improving expertise in a discipline and in pedagogy, serving on departmental and university committees, contributing to student growth and development, evaluating student performance, scholarly activities, and service to university and community, as well as teaching and class preparation. Additionally, as a professional, a faculty member shall devote a substantial amount of his/her workload to course preparation, research, the maintenance of professional expertise, innovations in teaching/learning and other similar activities. These endeavors shall comprise the faculty member’s workload.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;
