Working Pattern. 6.1 Two day shifts will be followed consecutively by two night shifts, followed by 4-days free from duty. 6.2 Subject to the agreement of the Authority individuals may elect to self-roster.
Working Pattern. The employees shall mutually agree the pattern of days to be worked and each Job-share partnership will be unique. In each case full details of agreed working arrangements must be set out in writing and agreed with the employing manager. A copy of each agreement shall be sent to the Staff and Management Side Secretaries of the Service Control Council for monitoring purposes. Individuals will be required to sign a revised Contract of Employment. Job-share partners may mutually agree to vary their working arrangements on a short-term basis. In this case notification of the change will be given to the employing manager. In each case the number of shifts worked and rest days should accord with the job-share agreement over a maximum of four weeks. Any long-term variation of the agreement should result in a new agreement that should be drawn up. Job-sharers shall be entitled to change over with other employees of the same grade but all change-overs shall be subject to the provisions of the Professional Service Control Agreement.

Associates will not be rostered to work more than 10 hours each day on more than 5 consecutive days without a break of at least 30 hours. 5.6.2 All Associates are entitled to 8 days off over each 4 week cycle of any roster cycle. Mirvac will make every reasonable effort to roster an Associate’s days off work so that at least 2 days are consecutive.
