Working Drawings Phase definition

Working Drawings Phase is a Phase that includes the preparation of working drawings, technical specifications, addenda, general conditions, supplementary conditions, bidding requirements, and the bid proposal developed to set forth in detail all aspects of the design, function and construction. These documents will be used for estimating the cost of the Project, obtaining construction-related approvals, securing bids for construction, and constructing the Project. The bidding of the Project and obtaining authorization to commence the Construction Phase are the final portions of this Phase.

  • Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings.
