Working Gas Capacity definition

Working Gas Capacity. “ is the ability of storing a certain amount of Natural Gas in the Natural Gas Storage Facility.
Working Gas Capacity means the working gas quantity in kWh which the storage customer may inject in total according to the storage contract.
Working Gas Capacity or “WGC” means a technically verifiable volume of gas that can be cycled once during the storage year or failing that, NGTL’s determination of such number based on historical data.

  • The Storage Customer shall be obliged to ensure that at the end of a Booking Period according to Appendix A, the actual Working Gas Quantity of the Storage Customer does not exceed the concluded Working Gas Capacity of the following Booking Period.

  • SSO shall only be obliged to inject Natural Gas quantities if and as long as the Storage Customer is in possession of free Working Gas Capacity.

  • The additional fee is calculated from the maximum hourly overrun of the maximum Working Gas Capacity per Gas Day.

More Definitions of Working Gas Capacity

Working Gas Capacity means the maximum Working Gas quantity in kWh which the Storage Customer in total is entitled to hold pursuant to the Storage Contract. A reference to a person shall include a reference to a company, corporation or body corporate. A reference to one gender shall include a reference to the other gender. A derivative term of a defined term shall be construed in accordance with the relevant definition. Terms applied in relation to the Storage Customer in these GTCSS shall have the equivalent meanings when applied in these GTCSS in relation to other Customers; for example, the reference to “working gas” of a Customer other than the Storage Customer shall mean the quantity of Natural Gas in kWh owned by such Customer, which is the sum of the Natural Gas quantities that are injected for the Customer into the Storage Facility and the Natural Gas quantities which are transferred to such Customer less the sum of the Natural Gas quantities that are withdrawn for this Customer from the Storage Facility, the Natural Gas quantities transferred by such Customer to other Customers and the Special Losses to be borne by such Customer. § 2 Conclusion of Storage Contract (1) EGD publishes available storage capacities on its Website (www.edf-gas- deutschland.de), identifying the Storage Facility where the storage capacities are available and the available storage products based on the Technical Specifications of the Storage Facility in Annex I (together “Available Storage Services”). Working Gas Capacity means, with respect to each Swan Facility, the amount of natural gas set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) opposite the name of such Swan Facility, assuming a normal 151-day winter withdrawal cycle (November through March) and normal operating conditions, including (i) adequate pipeline supply (injection) and takeaway (withdrawal) capacity upstream (injection) and downstream (withdrawal) of such Swan Facility (ii) adequate pressures upstream (injection) and downstream (withdrawal) of such Swan Facility, (iii) there are no planned or unplanned outages at such Swan Facility, (iv) there are no planned or unplanned outages or curtailments upstream (injection) or downstream (withdrawal) of such Swan Facility and (v) the allocation of priorities amongst the pools at such Swan Facility are unconstrained consistent with historical operating practice at each Swan Facility.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.
