Annual Goals. Outline Title VI monitoring and review activities planned for the coming year; state by whom each activity will be accomplished, the purpose of the activity, and target date for completion.
Annual Goals. 7.1 On or before October 30th of each year, annual goals shall be submitted to the Superintendent, for each department(s) Assistant Superintendent manages. Such goals shall be reviewed, revised, and approved by the Superintendent. The goals shall be incorporated into the Organizational Work Plan.
7.2 The Superintendent shall receive from the Assistant Superintendent at least one (1) work plan update in January and shall receive a final report in June on the status/achievement of the annual goals.
Annual Goals. Each year following completion of the evaluation process, the Chancellor and the President shall mutually establish goals and objectives for the succeeding July 1 through June 30 period of time.

b. Personal conduct, including the member's general xxxxxxxx, integrity, appearance, attendance, punctuality, dependability and compliance with uniform requirements.
c. Teamwork, including the employee's responsiveness, communication, and support for superiors and co-workers, reliability and commitment to the Township and its residents.
d. The employee's initiative in recommending improvements to operations.
e. The Township will develop a simplified format for review of the performance items above, and any others that may be applicable for evaluation.
Annual Goals. Employee and Board mutually acknowledge the value of regular goal setting and performance reviews as a means of personal development and performance assessment. The President and Board shall mutually develop written, measurable goals on an annual basis which shall help define the priorities of the institution and provide a basis of assessing the annual performance of the Employee in fulfilling his role as President of the University.
Annual Goals. Grantees submit annual performance goals for each indicator for each grant year. Based on the original, approved grant application, goals should be realistic and attainable. Grantees can update and revise their goals annually during the first quarter of each new FFY.

Goals developed by unit members based on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs), district strategic goals, site goals and/or personalized professional growth goals directly related to the unit member’s role in the district Annual Goals. All unit members will complete and submit annual goals via the district’s Annual Goals form to their Principal by October 15th. Discussion pertaining to a member’s goals may occur in department meetings, individually with members, or with site administration. On-cycle permanent members participating in the Alternative Evaluation process will complete the Alternative Evaluation form in lieu of the Annual Goals form.

The Superintendent and the Board shall meet biannually to assess the goals and may adjust or revise the goals either by action of the Board or upon recommendation of the Superintendent and approval of the Board.
