Your Applications definition

Your Applications means all software programs, including any source code for such programs, that You or Your Users provide and load onto, or create using, any Oracle “platform-as-a-service” or “infrastructure- as-a-service” Cloud Services. Services under this Agreement, including Oracle Programs and Services Environments, Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Applications.”
Your Applications means all software programs that you or any user create using the services, including any source code for such programs.
Your Applications as used in this Agreement means a computer program independently developed by you (or on your behalf) and/or deployed by you using the RStudio Service, including computer programs which you permit other RStudio Service Users or the general public to access and use in accordance with the license terms applicable to Your Application. You agree to make any license terms applicable to Your Application available to Users of Your Application by linking or otherwise prominently displaying such terms to Users when they first access or use Your Application.

Examples of Your Applications in a sentence

  • The Tools will not collect or store any of Your Content or Your Applications residing in the Services Environment, except as necessary to provide the Services or troubleshoot service requests or other problems in the Services.

  • You are solely responsible for the authorization and management of User accounts, as well as export control and geographic transfer of Your Content and Your Applications.

  • If Your Applications include third party programs, You acknowledge that Oracle may allow providers of those third party programs to access the Services Environment, including Your Content and Your Applications, as required for the interoperation of such third party programs with the Services.

  • Oracle will protect the confidentiality of Your Content or Your Applications residing in the Services Environment in accordance with the Oracle security practices defined as part of the Service Specifications applicable to Your order.

  • Confidential information shall be limited to the terms and pricing under this Agreement, Your Content and Your Applications residing in the Services Environment, and all information clearly identified as confidential at the time of disclosure.


More Definitions of Your Applications

Your Applications means any web application you create using any of our APIs and that may interoperate with our API.
