Your Personnel means any third party warranting, administering or otherwise involved in the offer, sale, performance or fulfillment of Your Products, including any of your employees, representatives, agents, contractors, or subcontractors.

Your Personnel means any person you use when providing the Services to us, for example, any employee, agency worker, temporary worker, sub-contractor or any personnel of a sub-contractor.

• You must take all steps and measures available to mitigate and minimize the losses, costs and damages arising from the Failure and You will ensure Your Personnel, End Users and any party acting on Your behalf do the same.

• WITHOUT LIMITING CLAUSE 18.1(e), if You or any of Your Personnel obtains personal information (as defined in section 426(5) of the EGP Act), You must: notify the School immediately; and comply with any directions that the School may give to You about that personal information, which may include a requirement to execute, or procure Your Personnel to execute, a binding privacy deed relating to that personal information on such terms as the School decides.

More Definitions of Your Personnel

Your Personnel means all persons and entities providing any Products, Services and/or Deliverables, including without limitation your employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as anyone directly or indirectly employed or retained by any of them. “GE Affiliate” means any entity (including but not limited to, joint ventures, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, limited partnerships, business trusts or other entities, subsidiaries, businesses, operating divisions, units or P&L’s thereof) that is directly or indirectly in control of, controlled by, or under common control with GE, whether now existing, or subsequently created or acquired. GE and you may each be referred to herein as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.” All other capitalized terms used in these PO Terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them as set forth herein.

Your Personnel or “Consultant” or “you” or “yours” or “they”.

Your Personnel means any person you use in connection with the Performance, for example, any co-performer, employee, agency worker, temporary worker, contractor or any personnel of a contractor.

Your Personnel means each director, officer, manager, employee, agent, and representative of, and each natural person employed or retained by, you or any of your subcontractors.
