Common use of Advertisements Clause in Contracts

Advertisements. Advertisements on La Galerie’s website or outside the site, in particular in public channels, can be offered to the Merchant Partner to showcase its Offers, depending on the guidelines and within the limits of the marketing plan set out by La Galerie. To ensure the promotion and proper functioning of La Galerie regardless of its distribution channel, the Merchant Partner authorises RUE DU COMMERCE to refer to and reproduce its offers, brands or other distinctive signs (copyright, logo, and trademark).
