Common use of Amendment to the Contest Clause in Contracts

Amendment to the Contest. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or suspend all or part of this Contest, or to terminate it, should an event or human intervention occur, and which could alter or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or conduct of this Contest as provided for in these Rules, subject to approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if so required.
