GENERAL CONDITIONS. This Agreement applies to the Account and to each Card. The Agreement replaces any previous agreements governing the use of the Card that the Bank concluded with the Account Holder for the Account and each Card. The headings in the Agreement have been added exclusively for reference purposes and are not part of the text itself.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. The hire-company hereby loans equipment for use by the client with the client’s consent. - The hire of this equipment is agreed for the fixed period stated in the contract. - To pay for any damage to the equipment caused by improper use, according to the price estimated by the hire- company. - To be covered by a civil liability insurance policy. - To respect properties situated along the riverbanks, the environment and other persons using the river - Not to abandon boats, life-jackets or paddles in the river or on its banks and to pay any expenses incurred in its recovery. The hire-company is protected against any consequences of civil liability by statutes 1147, and 1382-1386 of the civil code ; and by L 397, L470 et 471 of social security legislation against injury to the person of the client caused by a third party as a result of engaging in this activity. The company is not responsible for parked vehicles, or for any belongings left in its safe-keeping. The company is not responsible for the containers it hires being water-tight or otherwise-leakages may be due to faulty closure by the client.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. 1°) Conditions of admission: To be allowed to enter, set up and stay on a campsite, you must have been authorised to do so by the manager or his representative. It is the manager's duty to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that these internal regulations are complied with. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and a commitment to comply with them. 2°) Police formalities: Any person wishing to stay at least one night on the campsite must first present their identity papers to the manager or his representative and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors who are not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with the written authorisation of their parents. 3°) Installation: The tent or caravan and its associated equipment must be installed on the pitch indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. 1.3.1 General responsibility of the Competitor It is the Competitor’s obligation, as per Article 9.15.1 of the Code, to: - ensure that all persons and participants concerned by his entry observe all the requirements of the Code, the Circuit General Prescriptions, the applicable Technical Regulations, the present Sporting Regulations, and Appendix 1 of each Competition. - ensure that all measures and decisions have been taken internally in relation to the safety of the Drivers and of the personnel when sporting services are provided.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. The present conditions set the relation between the association (the Renter) and the Tenant, concerning the bike rental. The legal relationship between the Renter and the Tenant is set by the Rental Agreement and by these general conditions. These conditions will be considered accepted once the Rental Agreement has been signed by the Tenant. The legal relationship between reCYCLO and the client starts with the act of signing this contract and will be effective for all the duration of the tenancy. The Tenant, in this agreement, is he/she who is signing this contract. The Rental Agreement is nominal: under no circumstances may Tenant sublet the bicycle to other people.

The applicant if firm society or company will have to submit a Power of Attorney as per ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, authorizing the signatory of the application to commit the Applicant. 2.1.2 The application should be furnished in the prescribed format with documents in support of the essential and desirable conditions. 2.1.3 The Applicant should submit a Character and antecedent certificate as per Annexure VII of Section C and various other documents mentioned in Annexure VIII as the case may be, in support of eligibility criteria( Essential & desirable qualifications) 2.1.4 At time of awarding and renewal of license, Railway shall ensure that the ceiling limits as prescribed in the Catering Policy 2010 and as amended from time to time are complied with. The Licensee shall submit an affidavit as per ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ declaring the details of the catering units held by him on Indian Railways in the prescribed format at the time of submitting the application 2.1.5 It is clarified that prior to making a Application, the applicant shall pay to Railway a non-refundable sum of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as the Cost of this Document. In case the Application document has been downloaded from the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ or ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇, the applicant shall submit a separate Demand draft (CTS-2010 Printed)for the same amount, towards the cost of application failing which the offer will be summarily rejected. 2.1.6 The applicant shall deposit an ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money of Rs……….. (Rupees only) as mentioned in application documents in the form of a Single Demand draft only (CTS-2010 Printed) issued by any Nationalized Bank. The Demand draft (CTS-2010 Printed)shall be drawn in favour of Sr. Divisional Finance Manager, North Central Railway Allahabad and payable at Allahabad. Railway shall not be liable to pay any interest on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money. 2.1.7 The validity period of the demand draft, shall not be less than 90 days from the Application Due Date, and may be extended as mutually agreed between the Railway and the Applicant from time to time. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Application and enforceability of the general terms of sale 1) Unless agreed otherwise, these general terms of sale are applicable to all contractual relations between MTS and the purchaser and exclude any clauses and terms that the purchaser may suggest. 2) The general terms of sale are always appended to quotations issued by MTS at the purchaser’s request. Consequently, the act of agreeing the quotation issued by MTS entails complete and unconditional acceptance by the purchaser of these general terms of sale. Contracts based on orders without a prior offer made by MTS will only be formed on the basis of these General Terms of Sales and a written order confirmation issued by MTS. The fact that MTS does not at any given time enforce any one of these general terms of sale shall not be construed as waiving the right to subsequently enforce any one of the said terms.
