Application of sales discounts. When promotional campaigns are implemented, the Merchant Partner will apply sales discounts directly to the invoice it sends to the customer. For technical monitoring and statutory deadline reasons, the Merchant Partner can only request the payment of “Sales proceeds” after the actual delivery and once the legal cancellation period has expired and subject to having indicated a tracking (except in special cases: dispatch by simple letter/downloads).
